RETURN POLICY

You may return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason, but your feedback is very important to help us improve our services.

The return period of 14 days begins on the day you received your order. You may return your order within this period.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We only accept unopened or undamaged products in their original packaging.
All crochet, knitting and yarn kits must be returned in their entirety. All products from the relevant kit must be returned unused. If any products from the kit have been used, we are unfortunately unable to accept your return.
The digital products delivered electronically can not be returned or refunded. If you return a kit, containing an digital pattern, the costs of the pattern will be deducted from refunded amount.
The shipping costs of the original order are not refunded.

Make sure that the products you are returning are in their original packaging.
Contact our customer service to get the return form. Fill in the return form and enclose it to your returned order.
Send your package to Lavanda Yarn, Braće Grakalić, 20a, Herceg Novi, 85340, Montenegro.
Please keep a proof of shipment until you have received a message from us confirming that we have received your return.
As soon as we have received your package, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We will start processing your return as soon as possible and within 14 days.
