SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping of pre-ordered products
When you pre-order a product, we will only ship your order once it is available. On the product page of the pre-order product, you can find an estimation when it will be in stock. Your order, including other products from your order that were in stock at the time you placed your order, will be shipped from that date.
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification.
Shipping costs
Below is an overview of shipping costs:
* If you choose "payment on delivery", additional processing fee of € 1.60 is added to the shipping fee.
** Only for payments by bank transfer.
It is not possible to send your order to a mailbox/post office box. For international deliveries, any customs clearance fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Store Pickup
You can pickup your order at our store in Herceg Novi, Montenegro. Your order will be available for pickup within 1 working day. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup. The store address and the opening hours can be found here.
Delivery of digital products
Digital products (e.g. patterns) are delivered electronically upon full payment. After we process the payment for the pattern, we will send you an email with the link to the pattern PDF. You can also access the pattern through your account on our website, in "My Orders" section, after your payment is processed. The link to the PDF file is valid for 30 days, so make sure to download a copy within this time frame.
